Frequently Asked Questions

Hi! Welcome to my FAQs page. Please read through this if you’re interested in booking an appointment, or have any questions for me! Can’t wait to hear from you.

How do I book an appointment?

Go to the Bookings tab on this website to fill out the booking request. From there I will review your information & respond within 7 days. I am not able to respond to email inquiries or Instagram DMs for bookings. I tattoo all skin types/tones and body types, please don’t hesitate to include any questions/concerns in your request!

What do you like to tattoo?

I love tattooing anything floral, botanical, and realistic. I typically work in fine-line & single needle black and grey. I’m open to any design/style ideas that you want to bring me (animals, objects, lettering, geometric and ornamental, realistic, etc.) and love incorporating unique imagery into designs I create.

I am currently open to doing coverups on a case by case basis.

How do deposits work?

A $100-$200 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for a tattoo. This deposit goes towards the total cost of the tattoo at the time of the appointment. Deposits are forfeited for no shows, late arrivals after 20 mins, or cancellations. If you need to move your appointment date there must be 72 hour notice before rescheduling.
There is a a limit of one reschedule before a new deposit is required. Deposit information will be sent to you after an appointment date has been confirmed.

How does your pricing work?

There is a $300 minimum, with rates varying by piece. After your design details are reviewed through a booking request I am able to respond with an approximate price range/flat rate.

Will I get to see my drawing before my appointment?

I design tattoos on or near the appointment date, so they’re not available for review until you get there. However, I am able to make edits to your design the day of if there is anything you’d like to change.

What if I change my tattoo idea?

If you have an appointment and your tattoo idea changes, please contact me as soon as possible with the new information. Your estimate may change depending on the changes made. If your tattoo design changes substantially without 72 hour notice, there may be a $50-$100 redrawing fee added to the cost of the tattoo. If you have scheduled an appointment for multiple pieces and decide to not get one of them, I will also need 72 hr notice. A fee may apply for changes without adequate notice beforehand.

Can I bring a guest with me to my appointment?

We are currently allowing a maximum of one guest per client at the shop.

What is your preferred payment method?

Cash payment is preferred, I also accept most card payments & Venmo.

What can I do to prepare for my tattoo appointment?

Taking care of yourself before your tattoo appointment is important to making your experience easier!

Make sure you are well rested and eat a meal before your tattoo appointment begins. Hydration is important in the days leading up to your appointment.

Please avoid pain killers, alcohol and excessive caffeine at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This is important for the application of your tattoo & your comfort during the session.

You are welcome to bring any items that make you more comfortable during your appointment (blankets, headphones, extra clothing, etc.)

If possible, exfoliate & moisturize the area in the days leading up to your appointment, and shave the day of.

If you have any extra concerns or accommodations I can make for you during your appointment, please don’t hesitate to let me know - I want to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I have an Additional Comments section under my booking form where any concerns can be disclosed to me.

How do I care for my tattoo once it’s finished?

I typically use a Saniderm wrap on your tattoo after it’s done. This can be left on for 3-5 days, and is waterproof so you can shower & work out! If you see any ink leakage in the wrap, don’t worry! It’s completely normal.
After removal, washing is recommended morning and night with unscented antibacterial soap. Apply ointment 2-3 times per day (aquaphor, A&D ointment, or tattoo aftercare ointment is recommended).

Peeling & flaking begin a few days later, and the above steps should be taken until this phase is over. Don’t scratch your tattoo, or enter any pool/sauna/bath/beach water for 2-3 weeks after your appointment. Avoid long periods of sun exposure during this time as well.
Your healing should be complete within 2-4 weeks after your appointment.

How can I be ready on the day of my appointment?

-Please arrive to the shop on time, not early! This allows me to have preparations done before you arrive and gives me a break in between clients.

-Prepare payment method/retrieve cash if needed.

-Shave the area being tattoed beforehand.

-Plan drive to shop address:
